Meeting with Andy Feetom

I have had two meetings with Andy Feetom. He is the Theater Manager and has the set timetable for when the theater is in use. We discussed multiple times when I would be able to film. We both decided that the 6th of December would be the best time so I now have the theater booked from 4PM until 8PM I will try to do as much of my filming on this one day as possible. This is because of the amount of equipment that has to be transported for the video and arrangeing mulitple dates is not possible.
